Achieved the highest and most consistent campus NPS score over 50% during my tenure for over a year; previously, no Campus Dean had ever attained even 50% NPS once;
Awarded the Silver Campus designation for promoting the Jack Welch Management Institute;
One of only two Northeast locations to receive national University recognition for campus management;
Increased the bottom line by 10% while ensuring all adjuncts were available for advising and tutoring for 24 hours weekly which lowered the discretionary tutoring budget;

Retained 92% of Continuing students by advising and enrolling students for Multiple Quarterly Registration;

Attained the lowest student non-attendance class rate in the region at 8.92%;
Awarded a 100% Commendable audit of campus academic operations. 
Developed the only mobile loyalty program with a smart stamp for simple, secure and verifiable loyalty.

Campus Dean, Strayer University
Strayer is a United States-based private, for-profit higher education institution accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. The university enrolls over 40,000 students through its online learning programs and at 80 campuses. The university specializes in degree programs for working adults and offers undergraduate and graduate degrees. Operates with significant autonomy and maintains an academic atmosphere conducive to staffing office, learning outcomes, faculty management online and on-ground, and program growth. Recruited for the Jack Welch Management Institute once accredited by the specialized Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). Remote faculty management and online student assistance. Evaluated twice annually by Regional Dean.



June 1998 – Present
Provost, Smith Consulting
Smith is an independent consulting firm that assisted numerous clients in the Philadelphia-Valley Forge and Delaware Valley area including an Internet start-up, at universities, in several corporations, and a non-profit. Chief academic officer for small to medium sized companies to address teaching, training, and research needs. Transitional planning for growing, downsizing, and program development firms. Six direct reports. Evaluated by hiring and retaining staff, recruiting four content experts, and building online program. Identifies and allocates resources appropriately through recruiting, training, and mentoring six junior researchers to publish leading studies assisting Fortune 500 companies to make optimum technology investments. Provides well thought out solutions by creating four online association courses strategically planning curriculum which reduced company expenses for travel, meals, and hotels. Executes multiple tasks at once by developing online store selling leading textbooks for the second largest medical publisher in the world. Developed the only mobile loyalty program with a smart stamp for simple, secure and verifiable loyalty.

The Archdiocese is an ecclesiastical territory or diocese in southeastern Pennsylvania, in the United States. It covers the City/County of Philadelphia as well as Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties. Served on the Accreditation Team for the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools review. Forty two indirect reports. Evaluated by student acceptance to college of choice: 93.7%.


January 1994 – June 1998
Professor, Hahnemann University
Hahnemann is the largest private medical school in the country and was rated by Yahoo! Internet Life Magazine as the 16th most wired university in the United States. All academic buildings were fully "wireless-networked" as well and Hahnemann became the first medical school in the U.S. to have a fully wireless campus. Three direct reports in curriculum development for the first online History of World Medicine course in 1994. Evaluated by students, twice annually by Department Chair, and by extending distance learning to six other liberal arts courses.
